How is it a double standard? If anyone reports rep we vote on it. It's just like someone posting a message. I've had crap thrown at me thru rep, but I do not report anything against me. Hell, feel free to call me anything and I promise you I won't report it (though I can't stop anyone else from not reporting it). I think Sloanie recently called me a libtard in the rep. I gave it the half eye-roll that it deserved and moved on. But I don't get consistently harassed like some others here, so maybe that's why my skin is still thick.

You are really asking how it is a double standard when you give one person a warning for consistently harassing rep comments and another person an infraction for consistently harassed rep comments?
I guess one of the two being harassed must have special forum status.
Which person is consistently getting warned about harassing rep comments? There aren't many reports about rep comments in general.
Please don't use a band I hold in such high accord, as a soundtrack to such trivial message board matters.
You wouldn't want me to say something like "Sloanfeld was just born that way" or "I guess Sloanfeld got pushed off the edge of glory".

I'm sorry, but I do believe you're mistaken. She called me a troll at 1:30. I responded 20 minutes later. If you look at the JohnStockalypse account that was WRONGLY deleted as a duplicate account, you'll see that she did the same thing to me in THAT name!!!!

I don't think so. Your second comment in that thread was telling her to quit "trolling that singer." She responded back that you were the troll, you called her a troll face, and the stupidity even continued into rep.
As for not being able to guarantee an infraction, it takes three votes for one. I am only one vote, so if I even felt it was worthy of one I can only provide 1/3rd of the result. And that's why I can't guarantee anything.

I believe you're mistaken again. She left me a rep at 1:30 calling me a troll. I called her a troll back at 1:53 in my post.
My understanding is that it's fairly tough to get IN to law school. Getting out is another story.
