Smartphones to replace computers soon

You guys know I had to update this thread after Steve Jobs declared that we are now entering the "post pc" era. Ironic that he would make such a claim while announcing a device that requires a computer to sync. The boatload of Android devices hitting the shelves this year don't require a computer though. And HP said all of their future computers will also have webos (palm's os).

Also ironic considering Apple is beefing up their laptop development as well.

Fixed that for you. If it really goes 20 then it will be the other way around.
