Game 2: Dwight Howard gets a 10 second violation at the line, then gets a tech for throwing the ball afterward. Has anyone ever seen a 10 second violation before?

I can't recall ever seeing it. I was under the impression everyone knew the rule though.

I remember when Kings fans used to get all over the refs for never calling this on Malone when he went to the line. It got so bad that the announcers used to count. Can't believe they called that on Howard.
