Some 2019-20 team projections

Ambitious undertaking, TOV's don't seem right to me though. Impressive nonetheless, you're no idiot, idiot.;) Er, well you know what I mean.o_O

I think with turnovers, I, and perhaps many others, overestimated the effect of the change from Rubio to Conley and neglected the effect of all the other changes we've made.

Sefolosha, Crowder, Udoh, and Korver (and even Favors, though to not quite as strong degree) were all very low turnover players. Green, Davis, and Bogdanovic collectively are not quite so low (though not high). And of course Mudiay is a high turnover player.

His usage will be more than Ingles and Gobert. His scoring will be more than Gobert.

First sentence: yes, this is what I predicted. Conley at 24, Gobert at 20, Ingles at 17.

Second sentence: maybe. Just saying that according to numbers I've assumed (minutes, usage, and shooting percentages), it doesn't add up that way. I've basically assumed the same very modest rise in shooting percentages for both Gobert and Conley. Is shooting percentages the assumption you disagree with, or the minutes or usage?

I think Conley is going to be our catalyst this year in the beginning. Donovan will be a pull-it-out-when-needed kind of guy, which he was to great effect his rookie season. He'll be amazing an he'll evolve into taking over from Conley as the year goes on. I see Gobert getting better at everything, yet deferring to Conley a lot. It's going to be tight in terms of who is the engine, but I think Conley will be on his game and Donovan will be mature about it.
