A goal??? Only a goal? Can Ty Corbin be fired yet?
Gee, what a surprise. When isn't he proud of his lazy *** unaccountable team (other than Hayward. Hayward, Burks, and Kanter are always held accountable)?
Basically, the same quote he always gave during 82 games this year.

Nice jab at Locke and his fellow Kool-aid drinkers.
wow! Brutally honest!
Brad Rock:
they really didn’t do much to stop anyone this year. This team will go down as an overall weak defensive club, one that, with just a few stops, could have been playing next week. As it is they’ll be vacationing in St. Barts — or perhaps calling a home security company.
When it comes to guarding your stuff, it’s good to be cautious.
Too bad for the Jazz they only occasionally locked the front door.

There were some good moments, but as many bad ones, in which teams walked down the lane or launched rhythmic 3s, without so much as a hard stare from the Jazz. That’s what happened in the third quarter in Wednesday’s loss. When Mike Conley went unchallenged to the rim, with the Grizzlies up by 12, his easy basket said it all. Moments later Darrell Arthur tipped in a shot, Austin Daye made a 3 and the rout was on.

In a lot of ways, it was a painful year for the Jazz. In other words, the Jazz weren’t a playoff team and their defense showed it.
For a franchise used to playing in May, it’s a bitter reality. That makes it two misses in the last three seasons.
Defensively, though, the season had little life.
Most nights they couldn’t stop a grandpa with a walker, particularly if he gave a head fake.

"It's disappointing any time you don't make the playoffs. It's a goal we make at the beginning of the year," Jazz coach Tyrone Corbin said.
A goal??? Only a goal? Can Ty Corbin be fired yet?
Corbin used the word "proud" four different times during his postgame interview
Gee, what a surprise. When isn't he proud of his lazy *** unaccountable team (other than Hayward. Hayward, Burks, and Kanter are always held accountable)?
"There were opportunities for us to go the other way. The guys just hung in there," Corbin said. "We didn't have our best game tonight and that's still disappointing, but this group of guys I'm really proud to have worked with.

Everybody probably should thank the Jazz for saving them the trouble of agonizing about the Los Angeles Lakers’ late game Wednesday, investing in playoff tickets or worrying about their team being swept again in the first round. If the Jazz’s exercise in Memphis was this year’s closest thing to a playoff game, a snapshot of how they might play in the postseason, nobody would want to witness what may have unfolded against Oklahoma City. Never in franchise history had the Jazz faced an in-or-out playoff scenario on the final day of the regular season. Their response? Dreadful.
So anyone suggesting the Jazz (43-39) made progress this season is misguided, or wonderfully forgiving.
Nice jab at Locke and his fellow Kool-aid drinkers.
The only positive aspect of Wednesday’s effort is that Jazz executives Kevin O’Connor and Dennis Lindsey are now free to do whatever they want in dismantling and reassembling this team. There should be no strong attachment to anybody
The real work begins now for O’Connor and Lindsey, reworking a roster that’s filled with players who are soon to become free agents. That’s why, amid some redeeming moments at various points, this sure feels like a wasted season.
