how good do you think Lillard is? He's not going to be a franchise player, but then again I thought Irving would be a bust, and he won rookie of the year. But I doubt he becomes a face of the franchise player for anyone.
 
They want their pick back plus they want to unload Jefferson, and I think they're worried about Curry's ankles. Could this be a possible scenario that could benefit both teams -- didn't look up the salary considerations, however: Harris, Burks and the Pick for Curry, Rush, and Jefferson ... ???
 
Of course, it's also possible that Burks was just referring to Utah winning the pick and selecting Lillard at #8.

Hopefully Lillard refuses to workout for teams, go undrafted, just so that the Jazz could pick him up. THAT would be GOLD!
 
How about Burks, Bell, the rights to #8 for Jenkins, #30, #35, and lower protection for GS pick next year?
Would that make anyone happy?
Maybe get D Wright to match salaries.

I'd have to have a pretty good doctor looking into that ankle....
