I've yet to find any salsa that truly makes me say, "Damn", and I'm hoping you're going to pop my cherry.

If you already have the bottling lined up then you could parlay that into a high fructose free bbq sauce. It's easy as hell to make & there isn't a single company offering it that I've found. Even the local guys like Sweet Baby Rays use corn syrup. That stuff would sell like hot cakes to these ah natural freaks.
 
LOL Sorry, went to bed last night and didn't realize I was leaving y'all hanging.

This project is still in the very early stages. Yes I make salsa. Yes it is awesome. There is no high fructose corn syrup in it. There are no preservatives other than a small amount of salt. That said I haven't bottled a single batch yet but it's not that difficult. There is no reason I can't ship it anywhere in the US.

Quick question, how hot do you like it?

The biggest hurdle I may have is that it looks like something from the south end of a baby with digestive issues.
 
Would you ever make the salsa using organic ingredients? I'd buy entire crates if that was the case.

Too big a pain for a fledgling business. Besides, it's more expensive and studies show that it is no healthier than non-organic foods. What's the point?
