When Bledsoe is driving, one player is containing him pretty well, and we also have Favors inside, why does the player defending the corner 3 come help?

We've given up two wide open 3s off of that already. As I typed this we just gave up a layup because the defense was scrambling after the defender left the corner 3 again.
