I did it on my computer instead of my phone and was able to set the tip amount, including down to no tip. Just wanted to let others know in case they don't do Venmo.

Regarding the tip, there was an automatic default tip on top of what I donated. It was 16.5% of what I donated. I saw it in the line items before I submitted and so I scrolled back up and changed the tip to $1. I suppose I could have done $0 but whatever.
