You're giving this an undeserved bad rap. Using it as birth prevention should never be the reason.

First off, it's a very nice, clean gesture to offer a lady during those late night weekday sessions where sleep is important too. Second, there is only so much Kegel taught these things. Third, and most importantly I think a man would find more than enough satisfaction with stalker librarians by performing Tank's Dirty Houdini.

Yep done, I only rested the day of and the next day with a steady rotation of frozen peas then I was off to work but did nothing more then walking (with a noticeably ginger walk). The procedure was no pain at all really felt like somebody else was tying my shoot but instead of a foot and shot it was well... you get the idea.

Also as somebody else said make sure you do the follow up and still use precautions before then. Also I really enjoyed the few follow ups and taking in samples... again I'm sure you get the idea. I suggest nicely asking the wife so how do you think I should collect these sample I feel funny doing it and don't want you to feel weird or be mad. And there could be a good chance that you wont have to do any of the work for your sample.

Amen to that. My ex tried to have me do that and I told her no and that if it was a problem i'd rather use a condom.

That's her! That is the nurse who opened the door and called me from the waiting room. The really should put restrictions
on how good looking a nurse can be who is involved with the whole procedure.
