They're paying Brown 7 mil, there is going to be pressure to play the dude. And Biedrins has actually looked pretty good if you've watched any Warriors games.

I'll acknowledge your sarcasm and point out that such a scenario would be the opposite extreme of Sloan: Jackson giving Fesenko enough time to develop but more than he has earned.

Unless he earns it.

Which, with Biedrins being Euro-flimsy and Brown averaging 6 points per 30 minutes and 7 RB per 30 (based on a very small sample size of two games, but with FOUR STEALS vs. the Bulls), is a possibility (although Biedrins and Kwame--another "repair-my-career" player--could do well and take most of the minutes at the C spot).

I reckon that Dallas and Miami never made an offer, given that the Mavs seem to have a bigger need (with the loss of Chandler and their drubbing over the first two games) and that Miami seems like Fesenko's kind of town (lol) relative to sleepy San Jose (nice restaurants, though)).

As much as I disliked Jackson messing up the locker room (allegedly) when he was in Utah, I'm now rooting for him to succeed (modestly).

See In Game Strategy. He will provide a lot of toughness that they lack inside. Fes had a few teams to chose from. I dont think Jackson is going to play Kwame a lot simply because of his contract. It is only for one year.
