This is wishful thinking at its finest. The Wolves are not particularly old: any decline of Conley and Gobert would be offset by the expected improvements from their young core players (Ant, McDaniels, Reid) and their second-year players (Dillingham, Clark).Seems like this could be a year things go wrong for the Wolves given the age of Conley/Gobert. Every year I watch Gobert I can tell he's getting less and less athletic. Conley is coming off a career low year for FG%. Things could get hard for them if they have to play a lot of minutes.
They are actually pretty deep: Johnny Juzang played consistent and pretty meaningful minutes for the Jazz and now the Wolves have him as a two-way player.
