The Bulls apparently have him on the trade block and he has one more year on his deal. He was drafted just ahead of JYD for what it's worth.

That'd definitely be a one-year rental. He's gonna want to get paid, and why in the hell would we be the team to do that?

Since we're not, why would we give up assets to get him for one year?

Perhaps a 2nd round pick since DL values them so. Perhaps he could be a lease with an option to purchase.

Already proposed in a different thread.

Most teams won't sell the farm for a 1 year expiring contract. We gave up Enes for Pleiss, Garret, an a 1st rounder. I could see a similar scenario for the Bulls if they expect he will be too expensive or he will walk. How about:

Pleiss, Jackson (non-guaranteed contracts - flexibility) plus Trey Burke, and a 2nd round draft pick would do it if they are interested in flexibility.

Who is Jackson?

I might trade Mack + second for him. Or Burke+second and I would play him as a backup 4/5... or our 4th big. I don't think I'd give up much more for him.
