Was the video in the OP supposed to prove that Rondo is brilliant or that Cousins is stupid?
This is an interesting thread. I read all the comments. Yes - despite the fact Cousins is immature - you trade Favors for him. Cousins is on the verge of being a superstar (if he already isn't). I like Favors but he can't score at will like Cousins can. It's rare. Cousins is also a solid defender when he applies himself.
Rondo is a great assist man. But the fact he claims he hasn't played defense in a couple of years shows how much of an idiot he truly is. We all knew it. Talented, yes. coachable? Not for most coaches.
George Karl isn't a scary man. Guys like Rondo and Cousins need a coach who won't put up with their crap but aren't hotheaded (like ex-coach Mike Malone. Him screaming at Cousins - or had be been there - Rondo - won't result in good play because Cousins/Rondo will self-sabatoge).
I think Rondo would sulk if someone like Snyder drilled into him. I think Cousins needs a coach who can manipulate him. Cousins is like a child who needs a strong father - I think he's different from Rondo who's more of a narcissist.

Either way, we should apparently be very jealous of the Kings for having the duo.
I very much dislike Cousins and Favors is one of my favorite players.
That said at this point if Kings were to offer Cous for Favs straight up and I made the decision I would do it. It is a big risk but a lineup of Exum, Hayward, Hood, Cousins and Gobert could win it all if they got going. Although with that said I think a lineup of Exum, Hayward, Hood, Favors and Cousins would work together better and be a better team.
I would have a hard time cheering for Cousins though. Its hard to cheer for an adult man that is crying half the time he is on the court.

For what it's worth, his crying all game drives me nuts too.
Cousins is an absolute monster. IMO he has the chance to be the most dominant player since Shaq.
At the end of the day being fat and quick is the best thing in basketball. No one can guard you and you will just get fouled all the time if you go hard to the rim.
