Rules/ Exceptions to Note:

  • Getting Wiggins or Randle requires the Jazz lotto pick, the '14 GSW pick, and the '17 GSW first.
  • Getting Exum, Parker, or Aaron Gordon will require Jazz lotto pick, and '14 GSW first.
  • Harrison twins, Smart, Wayne Selden, James Young, etc., will all be available with the Jazz lotto pick.

Who do you snag, and what trades do you make? With whom? Explain your answer for each selection relative to worth. Did you select based on how well a player fits on the Jazz, or was it strictly a BPA in every sense? Who of the Core-7 needs replacing/upgrading at their position (Fav, Kant, Hay, Alec, Trey, Rudy, Jeremy)? Was position a factor?

Someday we will have a Core12.

Haha...

Let's say Wiggins is out of the question, definitely go with Jabari:

Burke
Hayward
Jabari
Favors
Kanter

That's a SOLID Core5. If that team doesn't knock on the Finals door in 2-3 years time I'd be surprised.

Agreed. it's also the kind of team free agents want to play for. A contender.

I haven't seen much of any of these players, but the right move is always get the best player if possible, and pay the price.

First option

Parker. I think he is as good or better than Wiggins. Plus, banking on the fact the Warriors are going to suck hard in 2017 and can't sustain success.

You both need to grow some bigger balls.

I thought that was a sideways face and those lines were tears. I thought that Burke was really sad because he knows he sucks and I was sad because the Jazz wasted two picks on Burke. That seems much more logical that man parts.
