For the record I think Mitt clearly won the first debate. So if you are attempting to cast me as nothing more than a cheerleader for Obama you are mistaken.

He's a Romney apologist. He'd rather attack the messenger than actually address the message (the results from this past debate). Don't worry, you're going to see a lot of sour grapes in the next few weeks from the right wing.

Oh, it's already begun. my facebook is full of such sentiment from my heavily conservative family. Ultimately though this debate will probably mean the least in terms of how the election will go. Tonight Romney's foreign policy positions sounded awfully similar to Obama's, and this election was always going to be decided by the economy, and which candidate the American people think will be the most successful in continuing the recovery.
 
Obama had a good night. As for the Facebook crap being thrown around that goes both ways so stop with all the idiotic slaps at conservatives. My Facebook blew up with people freaking out about Obamas performance.

Did you really expect Romney supporters to be different?

They must've included this storyline with each candidates teleprompter readings, so neither candidate had to guess who was going to win.

I missed the part where I went after any poster on this site...
The discussion was about facebook posts.
I noted there was a lot of facebook posts full if whining from my conservative friends. Tonight as well as after the last two debates.
I do not see why this is controversial.
If your facebook was full of liberal whining after Obama lost the first debate that does not surprise me in any way.
There are a lot of retards out there.

EDIT-Less important to me is who won tonight, I really don't think it matters much. I would like to hear what others think about Romney's positions tonight, and how they would have played during the republican primaries.
