I think it's about time we created another thread about Enes.

What are your feelings about his development so far?

What are his biggest deficits?

What do you think he's going to add to his game?

Is he going to be starter on a winning team?

What's his current trade value?

etc.

I am a big fan. I think he continues to progress in all areas of his game. I think he will be a valuable starter for this team.

He's been rebound really well this last month. We are like 1st in defensive rebounds in march. He's also been able to start the last couple of games, which is progress! He's shot the ball really bad though 35% i think in the last 5 or so. I'm still very optimistic about him and at worst we got a solid big coming off the bench.

another wasted year. where we know nothing.

move along nothing to see here

I think his biggest thing to improve is his overall BB IQ. I still see times when he is lost on defense or lack of judgment on offense. Overall however, I am very excited to have him on the team for the future.

I think next year will give us a really good idea how good he'll become.

He looked incredible his sophomore year, then that injury kinda ****ed things up. I'm holding out judgement to see how he bounces back after an offseason of training (instead of rehab). But I'm pretty optimistic he'll make a jump next year similar to what he did between his rookie and sophomore seasons.

I like Kanter. I think he is a backup right now. I think he has All-Star potential which = max money for a big guy. But, I don't think he, or any other young player, can reach their potential under Corbin.

So, as where I stand right now? I'd be willing to move him in the right trade (ie, moving up in the draft), I would not extend him right now, and I still want to see what he can do with a better scheme around him.

I am super high on him. His rebounding is back, and his defense is a little better. Shooting is off, but that's so uncharacteristic that I am not worried (he sustained a nasty bruise from Griffin in LAC game which could have something to do with it).

I remember the kid who sculpted his body and ate nothing but seafood in the offseason before 12-13 season when he wasn't physically limited. The kid who downloaded Big Al's footwork to his brain.

He used to always bring ball low after offensive rebounds, now he rarely does this. I've seen 3 nice outlet passes from him since he faced Kevin Love as a starter. I think the kid is a sponge, and couldn't be more excited about an offseason with Malone, Memo, and P3.

Ultimately, I think he needs a different coach to be successful. Corbin jerks him around too much, and rarely rewards his good games. Corbin makes him doubt himself, even though it is widely known that Enes is the kind of player who responds better to positive reinforcement.

If the Jazz ink the deal with him this offseason,he won't get a max, and they will get another steal. Because of the lost offseason, having to get over fear of injury/ shaking off the cobwebs, and inconsistent playing rotation (and how that affect's a players ability to prepare and have a shooting rhythm), Kanter's trade value is at an all time low.

Out of our current players, besides Burks, Kanter has the most potential of becoming an all star.

Highest upside of our current roster. He does lack explosiveness which I hope is what they focus on this offseason plus weight training. He is young, didn't play for Duke, he was mentored by Big Al, and coached by Corbin he is right around where he should be.

He sucks----->He really sucks----->He kinda sucks----->He might be good?----->Nope. He really really sucks----->He's aight----->He dresses well.
