It's called playing physical. Jordan, Malone, Stockton, etc all the greats do this. Basketball, contrary to what some people believe, is a rough sport.

But when people play physical with Melo, he starts acting like a 4-year old. This is why he's never been a leader. He has no control over his emotions.
