The new way to watch the Jazz

What I do is dvr the game. Then watch the first half (mostly to see the young guys). If/when the Jazz start losing I check the final score online. Once I see that it is a loss I skip to the end of the third quarter and just watch the young guys play. Then I delete the game. This helps my frustration with the team because I usually end up only watching the starters for a bit. Does anyone else find themselves doing this?

I DVR it. I wait an hour then I skip past all the commercials, halftime, and free throws. Game goes by pretty fast. But i watch all the starters. And i do all this with my shirt off. It helps with the frustration

How can you fully participate in the cry fest over Jefferson and Millsap then? Complaining is 3/4 the fun on Jazzfanz.

On acid? Likely more entertaining. Or you`d have a really nasty bad trip and claw your eyes out.

Either way, it`d be more entertaining.

Story of the day by far!!1

Can you tell it again but add a few of those juicy twists that always get added to the best stories over time?

I simply haven't been watching games for weeks. I knew things were going to get ugly and have saved myself the frustration of watching it.

Well, I had just come home from pulling 54 orphans and nuns out of an overturned bus in an icy river and noticed that the Jazz game had started... Is that what you are talking about?

But seriously, I consider myself a huge Jazz fan and I find it interesting that I am caring less and less about watching this team (or at least the veterans). In fact, since I skipped through a good chunk of the game last night I was able to watch the season finale of White Collar and still get to bed at a decent time.

Watching losses is painful. It affects my mood and how I interact with my family. I NEED to avoid the frustration for my own health and well being. I don't think it makes me less of a fan at all.

I've watched every second of every game this season... after a loss, I hang myself up from hooks in the ceiling by my piercings while I have my girlfriend whip and beat me mercilessly. I used to need a chunk of wood to bite down on, but now, I'm pretty much desensitized to it.

PM me if you're into that kind of stuff.. I'm always looking for new techniques and new suppliers of equipment.

-After a win, I'll take a warm bath, drink tea, and listen to Enya songs

I DVR. It goes faster and I enjoy watching the future show their potential.
But I don't root for wins anyway - unless it's against bottom feeders I want to remain worse than GS.

I'm all about 2 picks in the 2012 draft. Jazz suck this year. They need a couple more youthful studs, then get rid of the vets and let the talent play over the next few years.
