I used to play this game when I was a child. I used to go to the only internet-cafe in the town and drive in London and San Francisco streets all day long until my elder bro comes and beats me to the home. I still remember very well the San Francisco streets.

How did they block off so many parts of San Francisco without creating a riot from commuters, tourists, and business owners? Every time I've been there it has been bigtime congested.

It's jaw dropping for me to see a town that's sooooo busy soooo desolate.
