I've been on the bandwagon. He was my 2nd choice behind Wiggins (see thread What's your 2014 Draft Big Board if you are one of those who demands proof), but after Embiid injury, I thought we had zero chance at him. Very pleased to have him. Ironically, Rodney Hood was my #1 choice for #23 (see same thread), but also began to think we had zero chance of getting him. Could not be happier with how things turned out for us.

I don't understand threads like this. I mean, he's a newly drafted player, why would you NOT want him to succeed and get us closer to winning a title? I mean, even when Chillcutt, Padgett and Koufos were drafted I wanted them to succeed...until I realized they were garbage.

I am not on some sort of bandwagon, I just want our draft picks to be realized in a successful manner.

My head says he won't work out, but he's a Jazzman, so I'm all in, baby!

Can you speak more about this please....thank you.

Fair question. Head - When I've watched him, I don't see a future star even in a best case scenario. All in - Having said that I'm rooting hard for myself to be wrong. I will be his biggest fan when he puts on a Jazz uniform.

I'm on. This kid is a game changer. He already has national sponsors in red bull and Adidas. He has freaking commercials on EsPN.

The jazz needed a star they got a star.
He is polished, He is smooth in the interviews, has an easy smile, and has the Aussie charm. He is professional. He has more of a aurora about him then the rest of the Jazz players combined. I thought Trey was a step up for the organization last year, he was nationally recognized and well regarded amongst peers and media. In less than 24 hours Dante gracefully stepped right over Trey and into the Captains chair. It's not even close. If the kid is half as great on the floor Trey will be gone by February. With Exum, the Jazz are going to get national and international media attention. They might actually get on TNT or ESPN in the next four years.

Huge, huge pick by the Jazz.

All those things you counted are zeros you would put after 1 (which is determination and work ethic). If there is none of determination on our new kid, all those stuff will be counted as zero, but if he is willing to compete and take challanges then he will be great by addition all the values u mentioned.

Nice find on that speed piece. Wow.

I am always pulling for any player the Jazz have. I want to be optimistic. If they are a Jazzman, then I'm on the bandwagon.

I'm on board. Exum and Hood are Jazzmen now and they have my support. Hope they both blow up huge for Utah.

GO JAZZ!!!
