The "Official" Nutrition Thread

I'd say a good start is limiting purchased meals to once a week. If you can actually eat home-made food 3 times a day, at least 6 times a week, and it isn't the same **** every day-- I think you'll be off to an insane start.

And we're talking home-made here. None of that pre-made warm up in the microwave ****.
And that is the tough part for me. I hate cooking and preparing food and do all I can to avoid it. I'm sure that would be the best change I could make.

Good hell, the next thing I know, you'll tell me to start growing my own food or something
 
As far as the Greek yogurt goes, have you tried Chobani?

Sure it does. Gameface and I work there. But I get your point.... Hence the winky face in my post
