And that is the tough part for me. I hate cooking and preparing food and do all I can to avoid it. I'm sure that would be the best change I could make.I'd say a good start is limiting purchased meals to once a week. If you can actually eat home-made food 3 times a day, at least 6 times a week, and it isn't the same **** every day-- I think you'll be off to an insane start.
And we're talking home-made here. None of that pre-made warm up in the microwave ****.
