I had to run to the restroom at work because I threw up a little in my mouth when I saw this thread.
 
Did anyone else see the greg miller interview on ksl? I guess it airs tonight at 10, but they showed a short segment on the AM show.

The host asks greg, " if I told you there was a player averaging 7 points and 4 assists in 14 minutes a game, would you be interested in signing him?"

Greg responds with a smile, " yes"

Reporter springs the trap, "what if the player was Jimmer Freddette?"

Greg's smile slowly disappears as he realizes he walked himself into a corner. He squirms, his face turns red and he says, "I better not touch that."

Great trap.
And the reporter should be fired. Jimmer is under contract. Had Greg responded in any manner, he could have gotten in trouble. Glad Mr. Miller had the sense to just evade that inane question.

The reporter should also be fired for saying JF is averaging 4 assists per when it is actually 1.5. Did he mention his TO average is 1.0 as well?
 
If all Sacramento wants for Jimmer is a 2nd rounder, I'd say go for it and see what he can do. It would definitely make the second half of the season more newsworthy and exciting.
 
Jimner Burdette was created in a lab somewhere to be a tank commander.

Play him 40 minutes and give him the green light = top 5 pick.

Yep. Jimmer is not worth the 35th-38th pick in the draft.

Can we all get a round of applause for Sacramento taking away any temptation Utah may have had to draft Jimmer? Instead we ended up with Alec. What a terrible draft mistake that would have been to take Jimmer at 12.

I was at the delta center for that draft and was extremely relieved when jimmer was taken before our pick.

And im a byu fan and jimmer fan.

I wanted alec burks at 12 so bad too so it worked out nicely. (I wanted leonard, then chris singleton lol if burks was gone)
