If you go to that thread and look at the 3rd post down (by me) where it says "video removed," does anybody see a red symbol in the bottom left part of the post? One where it says "infraction issues" if ya mouse over it?

Probably not. Users can only see that information for themselves, they can't see it for other posters. Only mods (and admins) can see icons flagged differently when a post has been reported, or when a warning or infraction has been issued.
