I think JR is the Michael Beasley reclamation project. If he adapts he can stay and he'll do what Dion did off the bench, if not he'll be told to stay away from the team, talk to him again in the summer and make a decision(overexposure for expiring contract reasons, keeping him away from the team, buyout).
