Yeah when he plays. At the very best he will miss 15-20 games a year and his contract expires next year. Count ourselves lucky if we get to see him 40 games in a jazz uniform should we trade for him now.

OG, even when he misses a few games annually, is a player with way more impact and higher value for this build than siakam, who's inching towards Julia Randle territory. Can't play him next to Lauri ffs.

I think Siakam + Lauri combo could offensively work well if Siakam is happy to play the second fiddle like he did with Kawhi...

...but I still prefer OG for modern perimeter oriented defense/offense.

Projected as a help side defender, but looked like just a tall guy on the court when he played in pre-season.

Hendricks is a less skilled John Collins type.

I will kind of redact the Collins statement. I think Hendricks is definitely a more skilled shooter, but the pass/dribble/lateral defense stuff is a lower skill floor than what Collins showed as a college player and early in his career.

Just pray that Hendricks figures out how to play assertively on defense and develops a high IQ in terms of where to be on the court. If he can do that, he will be a pretty good role player to have.
