How is it even possible that we have no money left when Hayward didn't sign and we didn't sign hill and we even lowered money with lyles and with us being at the floor last season?

Because there's $20m gap between the luxury tax and the cap. WITH Hayward we were projected to be over the tax by ~$7m. The Hill space was taken up by Rubio.
