It looks like he has declared for the draft and according to Chad Ford, Wroten is the most talented PG in the draft and has a higher ceiling than Marshall and Lillard but he is also the riskiest. Thoughts?

I've watched Tony since he was a sophomore in HS. He hasn't gotten any better in the past few years. He shoots horridly (no hyperbole), he averages more turnovers than assists, and his bb IQ leaves much to be desired. He makes the flashy play, is exciting to watch, but I wouldn't even take him in the 1st round.
He blows.
