Why would we ever want Rondo? I don't see him as a fit here and don't want to give up near what you are proposing in the 2nd trade.
NOT PKM's alt^
*confirmed*

I like trade idea #2. Rondo/Burks/Favors/Kanter + 2 potential top 10 picks this year, let's do it

here's another highly unlikely trade idea.
Trey Burke, Marvin Williams, the GSW pick, and our 2015 pick for Kyrie Irving, Alonzo Gee and Earl Clark

Jazz do it because it's Kyrie Irving --an elite level PG. He's a stud, but needs to learn and play in a system. Trey Burke thinks he's a #1 option, and despite his great playmaking ability, they may never be able to convince him not to shoot every time he touches the ball. Irving, on the other hand, has elite skills that would justify his FGAs.
Cavaliers do it because they want to win now, and Kyrie is out of control in Cleveland. They are an organization with no foresight or patience. Marvin Williams is a good player/veteran, and Trey Burke has shown that he has the making of an adequate floor general (if only he passed more). Marvin is an expiring contract who will allow them to be flexible should they ever grow brains. They get to shed two deadweight players in Gee and Clark, and afford to resign Marvin and Dang, and still go after another player in free agency.
Yes, highly unlikely, but one can dream...
I don't want Irving.
I like trade #1, but I don't think Charlotte would give up a first-rounder for a possible rental of Marvin Williams and JLIII.
