Trade Deadline

That's why I still think Burke + picks is a good deal for them. Burke is content coming off the bench, He'll be restricted, and let's face it, ISN'T going to get a huge offer in 2 years. Schroeder and Burks wouldn't be a bad tandem for them. Hill has got another year left. What good is that? They should just keep Teague.

Wait -- Burke or Burks?

I'm still very, very doubtful that the Hawks will send us Teague for a package headlined by Burke. (So when a trade doesn't happen, let's not go around claiming that DL could have had Teague for Burke and a late 1st rounder.)

Sorry, I meant Burke. Most trades DON'T go down. Atlanta will probably NOT trade Horford, Teague and Korver in the hopes they can put together a finish like they did last season. Burke + Burks is too high. Burke + picks might be too low for Atlanta. Let Indiana overpay if Atlanta wants to get too much in return.

If jazz make a trade they will come out ahead. They are not feeling pressured to trade since we are healthy and winning now. Chances of a trade are low now.

you dont make trades and **** with team chemistry.

remember what the pacers did when they traded granger>? **** suddenly went south big time.

Granger v. Turner is nothing like Teague v. Burke

I'd still do that trade if they can keep Burks/Neto/Lyles out of it. Booker, Burke and pick(s). I think that the good relationship DL and Snyder have with Budenholzer can get this done.

Add Teague and Burks to this team for the playoffs. Solid across the board.

And the Suns!

I'm ok if DL doesn't pull the trigger, There have been rumors about him inquiring about Teague, Lawson and a few others. I'm satisfied he's been trying to improve the team without giving up major pieces. Remember, Hood said in his interview he likes the triple-wing lineup. We barely saw that but are now getting it with Ingles playing some point. I'm ok with having Burks come back and play some PG.

JFC cliff notes

Bakk dat cakk

Don't over react to one game. Adding a player won't kill the chemistry. For every Phoenix there is also a Boston...

We didn't get good play out of our PG and if we did we'd jump another level. Now we might not do a big deal like the Teague one but if collison came up for sale or some other surprise that is a good value add then do it.

"The Wizards are looking for help at the power forward spot and a stretch-four type player is very appealing. Keep an eye on New Orleans Pelicans forward Ryan Anderson, Phoenix Suns forward P.J. Tucker and Utah Jazz forward Trevor Booker – all players the Wizards have at least inquired about. 18 hours ago – via Basketball Insiders"

So the Wizards have contacted the Jazz about Booker? Interesting. I think the Pelicans would want much more for Anderson than what it would take to get Booker. Also, Tucker is a 6'6 SF. He has played some small ball PF but he'd be a mismatch against a typical PF. There's no way they trade this year's first for Booker but perhaps a future first?
