Does nobody want Gasol like I do?

Burke for Lawson and a highly protected 1st--doable if they want to dump salary
Burks, CJ and GS 1st for Gasol and Moore--I think Chicago can get more but Burks and a 1st is solid

Lawson-Exum-Neto
Hood-Moore
Hayward-Ingles
Favors-Gasol-Lyles
Gobert-Withey

This team this year and next would be sick. I also think Lyles can definitely play some three behind Hayward.

We'd still have our own 1sts, the OKC 1st, the Houston 1st and a ton of 2nds too so we could possibly throw in additional picks to Chicago to make it work. Gasol would have to know we'd want him coming off the bench though.

Derrick and Gordon already have children now. Do you think Rudy is the kinda guy who'd put aside his playoff aspirations to collect DUIs with Lawson?

We have a strong FO, and an entire roster of high character guys. It'd be quite important to keep Booker because he's close to Lawson's age and I think he's probably our best bet in terms of someone on the Jazz connecting with him.

Like I said, I don't think it will happen but it is a possibility and therefore a risk

Probably make us better quickly and might be a good trade but I say no cause I can't stand gasol and his llama looking ***

Even if it meant making a legit run at a title next year (that team may seriously be good enough though I doubt it) and him being able to teach Favors and Gobert some low-post technique and moves?
 
Marc Stein: ESPN sources say Rockets, if Ty Lawson trade talks with Utah were to collapse, would strongly consider waiving Lawson if they can't move him
 
Really think we can rob a coupla things from the Rockettes here
