Trade for Zach Lavine

Could have also tossed Burks for Lavine out there. Lavine would have no problem shooting those open 3s Burks passes up.

FWIW per 36 minutes Burks attempts 3.6 three pointers per game and shoots 39% from three.
per 36 minutes Lavine attempts 4.5 three pointers per game and shoots 35.5% from three.

They make about the same amount (burks 1.4 and lavine 1.6)

Lavine also attempts more 2 point shots than alec burks does. Seems that lavine just shoots more in general apparently.
Burks gets to the line quite a bit more though.

Just some food for thought.

people thatthink Hood is better then Lavine is homerism at its best. Every GM in hoops would take Lavine over Hood BTW. Yet Hood is better. Comical

That hood is better than lavine right now is simply fact. there is no doubt about it.

Lavine has tons of potential though and might be better in a couple years.

lol

I just read your post. You spelled alpha, alfa.

How would you know what one is? You don't even know how to spell it.

Never claimed to be great at spelling, but whatever makes u feel good about your self. U don't have much room to be pointing out my shortcomings. And yes they are vast. I find it funny when people feel the need to correct or point out those kind of errors. Try to find some self confidence and worry about yourself instead of trying to fix me

hmmm. why would you ask if there is precedent? Is it because you were just curious, or because you were trying to imply that it hasn't been done, therefore it won't be done. We both know it's the latter.

Cmon man. You aren't gonna win arguments with constantly spinning your garbage. You actually believe you can try and pretend you meant something else. It's not going to work on me.

You and I both know what you meant. Stop it.

lol. You're reaching for biggest tool on the internet status.

I asked a question about precedent and you stubbed your tiny weenus on it. Hilarious

lmao. really?

Now you are self righteous? This is coming from the same guy who starts every thought with "you are an idiot". Heaven forbid someone be mean to Thee and point out he can't spell.

Didn't you forget your sig for him?

And Hood might widen the gap in a couple of years.

You know what Hood was doing at the age of 20? The same age as Zach Lavine. He was averaging 10 ppg at Mississippi St.

Yeeeeahhh!, I can totally see how you would think Hood is gonna be the better player.

Nah, at age 20 he was probably practicing at Duke, sitting out for his transfer year. At 18 he was dropping midrange buckets at Mississippi State with a fluidity and grace I have rarely seen.

so.... sometimes age is an indicator, sometimes it isn't. Ok. What have you proven, exactly?

I've proven that it's a different era. If players are good they come out a lot earlier than they did in the past. You know, 1 and done, maybe you've heard of that before. Zach and Hood came out the same year, same era. 1 is a lot younger than the other.

I've also proven that Zach is a lot further ahead in his development when comparing them at the same age.

Why is this so difficult for you to grasp?

math is not your friend

Rodney Hood is 23.

so last year, his rookie year, he was 22.
year before that, he was 21 at Duke
year before that he was 20 at Mississippi St.

Reasons why I think Hood is going to be the better player:
6'8
Passing
PNR play
Shooting at every area on the court (that isnt a dunk)
Isolation play
Defense
Defensive versatility
IQ
