Trade Rumors Involving the Jazz

You know Marc Stein said this wasn’t true right? Stop taking what these bums say as gospel. They just signed JaVale McGee to a long contract. How are they going to get another max player next year now???
I guess Dallas is finished using their MLE on McGee crippled the team.

There’s this thing called trades in the NBA.

Signing Brunson shifted the Knicks odds of making the finals from +10,000 to +10,000
yes because Vegas had no clue that the well reported thing was actually going to happen... those guys are always last to figure things out.

And again to get Ky they would need to pony up a couple unprotected picks and expiring contracts. They could just try and keep Brunson and keep that other powder... or blow it all on Ky... They are too scared to give that guy the keys. He will be functional with Lebron and Lakers are out of options so they will give up the assets to get it done.

I personally don't care if the Mavericks are the greatest team in NBA history or if they suck. It's not insulting to me that they lost Brunson as they were expected too, lmao.

Brunson just is not that good, lol. The Mavericks have Luka, they traded for Porzingis without giving up any crazy valuable piece.
Cost em two firsts and cap space... that cap space that you are real worried about Brunson taking up.

Brunson isn't amazing but he was the second best player and headed for his prime. If you have an MVP candidate you don't let that talent walk so Cuban can save some money.

They traded for Christian Wood/Spencer Dinwiddie and they’re getting back Tim Hardawy Jr. I’m pretty sure they have the second highest payroll in the NBA and offered Brunson a 5 yr/$100M+ contract. They couldn’t force him to stay, lol.
