8 1sts + 3 swaps is still more than 5 1sts plus no swaps.

Lauri is arguably better than Mikal and locked in at a better contract for a longer period of time. Kessler is arguably a better piece than Cam Johnson.

We really pillaged the league with those two moves.
 
I genuinely cannot believe how stupid the Nets front office is.

We arguably got better value from trading Gobert and Mitchell EACH than the Nets got from trading KD.

Im with you. It's fire sale time but i would think bigger.

How's about the 2027 Lakers first round (stupidly protected pick) plus JC for Mikal Bridges?

Lets get the pieces we really want. Go for the King, screw the pawns.

I would love Bridges.

With that said if they trade JC it's hopefully to a contender.
