What's new

Trent Forest is back

I guess Bartlestein won't be sending his kid overseas to start all over again next year, but who knows, he might play it the hard way.
Sounds like he’s bluffing in hopes of a one year deal, loosening our control and accelerating his path to greater earnings. Him going overseas would do nothing to hurt our bargaining position in the nba and only prolong his path if he “pops”. Risk of injury or a huge Euro deal, but I still think it’s a bad risk for Butler to take.

And finally, habemus contract. JB's a Jazzman for 2 seasons for about 2.5M chips.

That's exciting! I don't want to get too far ahead of myself, but with how dominant Baylor was in the tournament and JB's performance, I'm looking for big things!

Can't believe there's no thread. All I can say is that the team that had the best record in the NBA last year has a much improved roster this year! Let's see what Snyder can do with it now.

Jazz are at 14 players under contract, although Oni's deal is non-guaranteed through early January.

Brantley is on the bubble. Macio Teague and Paul White are looking like possible 2-way guys. Nate Sestina had a nice game on Monday, so I guess he's someone to watch as well.
Sestina is interesting. He played his last year at Kentucky and Cal is in his corner. He did a decent job rebounding in SLC playing for the JVs there and had a nice line Monday. He played in the Patriot League so he's smart and had a decent year stat wise in Israel.
