I can see the precedent you are talking about BTP. But I hope he loses. They were classless and foolish to mock him but isn't that freedom of speech? I don't like the weakening of it that I see this doing

Agree. It was classless to mock, but not criminal. I'm not an attorney, but I just don't see any basis for this suit. It's a money grab...hoping the three settle to make it go away. I've now turned against the plaintiff and the ambulance chaser he hired to file such a frivolous suit.

What I'd like to see in this is a settlement where the defendants all make a contribution to a charity that helps people suffering from the disorder in this case and nobody else (including the plaintiff's attorney) get anything.
