Trey Burke, or Ian Clark, and Shaq publically humiliate a disabled man on the internet and the Jazz don't even respond!!!!!!

What is the difference? Why is this aby less important than what Sterling did?


Thing is, Trey is NOT a kid anymore. He is a 22 yr old adult. A role model. But here you all are making excuses for him.

If this was racial, you all would be up in arms about it. Disability is like race. The discrimination is the same. It is hatred against someone for the way they were born.



I really couldn't be more disgusted with this forum, society, and our FO right now.

Where did I say they were innocent? I haven't see their comments but if they did say those things then they are not innocent. Yes there comments are hurtful but they are not in a position to affect this kids livelihood. That is the main difference so I am sure you have never joked with someone and gone over board or made comments that you regretted. I personally think Shaq and Trey should be held accountable by their employees and if they continued with the same actions then they should lose their jobs. Sterling has a history of questionable behavior and racism beside the fact that he is in a position to discriminate.

shaq also has a history of quesitonable behaviour and racism.
trey does not(buit he has only been famous for about a year or 2-3(maybe)
shaq even had protest against him from asian american something.


shaq owns lot of business enterprises.


so yeah if sterling got banned for live. why isnt shaq also banned and fired.

What is good for one is good for the other.

But I do not want Sterling to have to sell so I do not think that Shaq should be fired. If there are future issues with Shaq then maybe a fine or something depending on what happened.

also in my bookw hat shaq did was worse.
shaq did it in public
sterling did it in private.


so if one of those Has to be banned it is shaq.

but also if sterling is banned and fined.
shaq should also get some kind of punishment
