The Biden administration has responded to record numbers of irregular border arrivals with a series of policies intended to encourage migrants to seek lawful pathways into the United States. It has allowed specific nationality groups such as Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans to enter under special humanitarian parole programs, which allow them a temporary right to stay and work in the United States. I don't think you realize that if Russia takes control of Ukraine their international trade power increases 3x. They have access to the seaboard, and Ukraine has resources they need. And, it gives them more border power as well. Helping Ukraine is very very important. And don't get started with the ending illegal immigration/drugs/homelessness/inflation ********. You can't end those things. They pop up by themselves. If people want into America, they want in. if people want drugs, they'll find a way. Homelessness happens in a capitalist based economy, same with inflation. It's a growing pain in the process. It's a side effect. The mediterranean has a LOT of countries around it, and suprise, is not like Siberia.
