Trust the Filter

The Great Filter is the idea that, in the development of life from the earliest stages of abiogenesis to reaching the highest levels of development on the Kardashev scale, there is a barrier to development that makes detectable extraterrestrial life exceedingly rare. The Great Filter is one possible resolution of the Fermi paradox.
I was going to say something along these lines. Ive been watching 3-Body Problem and read all three novels. If the Jazz ever change their name they should become the Utah Wallfacers. Hey maybe that’s it! Hardy is engaging in misdirection by writing “trust the filter” because he is a Wallfacer!

It’s actually propaganda from whoever moderates this this to trust the profanity filter, which I will never ****ing do

One viable option is also that they serve filteted coffee at the facility and the filter has a visible crack on it.
Actually Hardy is an environmentalist and knows you only need to change air filters every 7 months but Big Air Filter Co. recommends every 3 months. Hardy is raging against the machine.

Trust the Filter is like Great Value version of trust the process. I’m pretty sure I’d laugh if a boss or coach pushed that saying.

You are on to something. It’s code. “Trust the Process” originated in Philadelphia, right? Notice how “Trust the filter” uses the uses the phoneme “Fill” which is also used in “PHILadelphia.” And “Ter?”It’s a phoneme within “terrible” which alludes to tanking. Very prescient of you to pick up on this.

Also, when we draft Cooper Flagg for the prophesy to be completely fulfilled he must be nicknamed The Filter.
