This may be true. Should we be satisfies and not be critical of a coah that "not so bad" though?
I would prefer a good coach over a not so bad coach
Ty is an excellent player development coach, obviously. If that was the measuring stick the last two seasons then he would be re-signed today. I think it's the questions surrounding his defensive cohesion that will eventually be his demise. However, last night at half time, he made some great defensive adjustments that got them back into the game. He's very competent X's & O's coach.
He's also outperformed every season so far. People are quick to forget that.
