So, what is your plan if someone misses their turn? When I ran it, I think I set the rule (which was never used) that if someone missed their turn, we moved on. When they returned, they could draft from whoever was currently available, but the person who was OTC at that time had the option to steal the player from them, in which case they'd be next OTC.Joel has a little over ten hours to make his selection.
Or you could just assign them random end-of-the-bench players from the Jazz as punishment.
