It actually is great that he gets to pick twice in a row for most of his turns for this reason.

You’d think that. There have been times he had two picks where he takes one pick then the next day he does the other pick. Lol

We have done a current players, a Jazz players only, and a legends (only retired players). And a sandwich draft.

That seems weird. Like, with NBA players, or sandwich ingredients, you're putting them together to make the best you can. But you don't generally mix your snacks. I mean, you can (gorp comes to mind) but mixing beef jerky and black licorice just seems like a recipe for disaster.
