Have now heard he was drunk and tried to jump to the pool.. and missed.
Also, fled 2nd story after domestic assault and cops called.

Well, at least we don't have Manti Teo situation going on where the story lives on for the whole year only to be found out to be untrue.

I understand not wanting to tell the story about how you were drunk and missed the pool, but why not say you fell while hiking in one of L.A.'s Canyons or you fell off a Pier at the beach or something? You don't have to go Superhero with the cover lie.
