Jazzfanz has gotten real negative lately.
I started watching the game at 8 and read the gamethread first. (Im at halftime now )
I figured we must be losing. In actuality Chicago led for zero seconds in the first half.
I saw tons of negative posts about burks. (No positive ones) so I figured he must have sucked.
His first play was after a jump ball between rudy and Lopez where burks fought the ball away from a bull after the tip and hit a tough 10 footer with the shot clock about to expire.
Next play he made about an 8 foot floater over lopez.
Then had a bad pass to the Chicago bench cause exum had moved and burks expected him to be there.
Then a defender went under the screen so burks took a wide open 3 (missed it) that you want him to take.
Chased down an offensive rebound in the corner after an exum air ball (the shot clock expired right after he grabbed the ball and he had no chance at a shot attempt. Good hustle)
Passed up a corner three (should have shot it) and attacked the paint and got fouled but the refs didn't call it and he was stripped. (Im certain he was fouled)
Tipped a defensive rebound away from the Bulls right to withey.
Got the offensive rebound off a diaw air ball (dat step back fader) and went up and missed and got the offensive rebound again and scored.
Defensively he allowed zero points by the guy he was guarding.
