Lots of great stuff tonight. It's obvious Pleiss isn't ready to play in the NBA. We're going to have to keep Withey and Cooley, and eat the losses on Pleiss' deal. He is too weak.

He's at least good enough to be a third string center, even right off the boat.

Also thought Pleiss getting benched for Withey interesting. It was clearly because Pleiss wasnt playing well and seemed to be getting overwhelmed (and the whole still not knowing about basket interference).

Also had something to do with the Lakers keeping their starting center in for almost the whole damn game.

Also, you really can't make fun of the Lakers for playing Hibbert a lot when we played our starting SG nearly 40 minutes.

What about his game leads you to say that? Perhaps after a year with an NBA strength and conditioning program he will look different. He's too slow and physically weak to make up for his lack of athleticism.

It took Ingles 4 months to learn how to shoot NBA 3 pointers, it's going to take Pleiss sometime to adjust too.

Sure you can. I didn't see the Lakers resting their best 3 players.

Do the Lakers even have a player who is as good as our best 3? It's not like they have anyone worth resting other than Kobe, everyone else needs practice. They did however go without Russell for most of the game and Kobe was restricted (though less than the 1st game). If you add all the starters minutes up on each side, the Lakers only played their starters 4 more minutes (if my math is right, Im tired as ish).

Ingles is generally pretty bad. Pleiss is bum status unfortunately.
