What's new

Utah Jazz @ Miami Heat - 11/12/15 - 5:30pm ROOT

This, we're still looking for that guy unfortunately...
If that's true then our role players are going to start falling of the back end of the treadmill before this team becomes competitive. So we'll have our "alpha" and bitch that he doesn't have enough supporting cast. Then he'll be gone and we'll start over.

If this team, minus minor roster adjustments, isn't THE team we need then we're another full rebuild away.

He is suppose to be our 3 point threat and he is sub 25% for the season now and seems to be more interested in being an off the bounce iso threat.

He's showing me plenty for his 2nd year after an injury full rookie season. You say he looks good in off the dribble shots but bad in catch and shoot shots. I'd be more concerned if it was the other way around. He'll get his rythm, and he's definitely not been absent like Dala states. Kinda ridiculous...

Favors 40 minutes, Hayward 38 minutes, Hood 38 minutes, Burks 35 minutes.
Our dudes might be tired tomorrow but im still happy that quin said **** it and went for the win.
All of those guys are very young and should be ok to go another 35+ imo

For what we need him to be, he has been absent.

He started over Burks for a reason, and it's not because he is better off-the-dribble. I'm not asking the world from him, just hit above 35% on open catch and shoot situations. The only 3 he made today was on a dribble down iso over Bosh, and it was very contested.

KD's Framily must have not watched Jazz last year.

Hayward scoring well in isolation situations does not mean that he shot 50% on fadeaway contested jumpers. Dribbling out the shot clock and then taking a contested fadeaway is not a good possession. I don't know why you keep pretending to be stupid.

I agree.
Hoods shot will come around. When it does he might just be more dangerous than burks or hayward scoring the ball.
I had no idea he could put it on the floor so well, hit that sweet pull up mid-range shot, and even showed off a running hook shot tonight

I'm the 1st that wished I was wrong trust me...

If Hayward is missing mid-range Js, why no leash for Hood too?

I think those shoots will eventually fall for Gordon. He usually starts the season a bit cold. Same goes for Hood and his 3pt. I wonder what the coaching staff is asking Hood to do, perhaps they want him to dribble and use his mid-range more since his 3pt shoot is not falling

Jazz are without their best player, shoot 38% and only have 6 players score...and are still in the game.

Man the moral victories are adding up this year.
