One would think. But this isn't really the Miller's bread and butter -- automotive is, by far. I think they just got used to having the same coach year after year, equating consistency with competence. Plus, Gail genuinely cares about Ty and his family. She has more sway within the organization than many people realize.

Hayward and Burks had pretty good games.

This year is about two things.

1. Evaluating the players on the roster - being done.

2. Get a high draft pick.

Now having Ty as the coach can accomplish #2 without compromising #1. I would be stunned if Ty is back next year. Jazz where never going for the most wins possible this season.

Kanter/Favors lasted like 3 min on the 2Q. Why not experiment with different lineups? Why not let the core5 play together? The game was already lost by halftime. RJ getting too many minutes at the expense of Burks again.

We can end that discussion about Ty learning from the Indy game rotation...
