Wouldn’t we get two high lottery picks next year? Wouldn’t be the end of the world. Is it hyperbolic when it's often right?
Well if I'm making a prediction: Ace doesn't bail on Utah and plays...just saying if he doesn't, it could be a ****ing nightmare for the franchise. Like, the only reason people are even remotely excited right now is because of him lmaoWouldn’t we get two high lottery picks next year? Wouldn’t be the end of the world.

100% this. Ace wants to play here. He apparently told 1 team not to draft him (76ers) and that he didn't want to get the "Reed Shepard" experience. He will have a greenlight and starting from day 1.ESPN is making this a bigger deal than it is. They said a press conference is scheduled for Monday for the three rookies.
Ace wants to play basketball. He didn't want to do it in Utah. He's going to have to and I'm sure he gets that so he'll make the best of it100% this. Ace wants to play here. You don't know that about Utah. Get off of it and try harder.Ace wants to play basketball. He didn't want to do it in Utah. He's going to have to and I'm sure he gets that so he'll make the best of it
Maybe the NBA will feel sorry for them and give them the first pic next yearIf Bailey refuses to play for Utah, which I don't think he will since he's already talked about playing here, I think that might ruin the franchise ... just absolutely obliterate it as a Utah team. I don't know how you come back from that after tanking a season and now not even getting your lottery pick. It would be like the Grizzlies situation when they drafted Stevie Francis, despite being told he did not want to play there. That led to the downfall of the Grizzlies in Vancouver. If Utah gets kicked in the teeth by Bailey refusing to play ... just turn out the lights and call Salt Lake a hockey town.
