Sometimes NBA League Pass has free trials during this time of year. But if they don't there will be many streams floating around since it is actually being broadcast on TV.

The Utah Jazz Summer League is a six-game, four-team event to be held July 6-9 at EnergySolutions Arena. Each team will play each other once, with the Jazz opening against the Boston Celtics on July 6 before playing the San Antonio Spurs the next night on July 7. Utah will end the week in Salt Lake facing the Philadelphia 76ers, who own the third pick in the 2015 NBA Draft, on July 9. All Jazz games will start at 7 p.m. and will be broadcast live on KJZZ 14 Television and The Zone Sports Network (1280 AM/97.5 FM).

Yeah, and on Boston's website it says 10 pm ET time for the Jazz/Boston game.

Most Jazz home games are at 8pm Mountain Time, so the Boston listing made more sense to me.
